about the artist

My own styles are perpetually transforming. The mediums and methods I implement are largely guided by my intuition. It is one way I avoid stagnation and grow as an artist. I am inspired by my spiritual connection to country, the elements of nature, and the astral bodies that pepper the night sky.

Beyond the work

State of Rose focuses on holistic well-being: using the power of creativity, and healing practices to share traditional stories and teachings.

It is my hope and dream to have my ancestors guide me to educate and connect peoples to the land. That together we can build bridges, sharing the abundance of Whadjuk Boodja, to heal us.

Giving Back

I want State Of Rose to be be a beacon and sanctuary to everyone in the community, whether local or abroad: a space where everyone can tap into the artistic world and develop there own creativity.

It’s my great privilege to give back to the community of people—you—who have made this journey possible.

As it stands, SOR has had the honor to host a range of community-driven workshops, often integrating artistic work from the people themselves into public arts.

With the greatest humilty, Thank you

None of this would be possible without the support of my family and friends, and of course you: the community of people—near and far—who have made this the greatest adventure of my life.

I am eternally grateful to you all.
